Welcome to Madoc Township Public School!
Madoc Township Public School is situated in the picturesque, rural community of Madoc Township. It is located north of the village of Madoc, on Public School Road, off Highway 62. Thirteen, one room schoolhouses joined together to form Madoc Township Public School. Madoc Township has grown over the years and is now a JK - Grade 8 school with approximately 178 students. The school is surrounded by fields, farms and wetlands. It has a large playground, with a track, soccer fields, ball diamonds and play structures.
The staff at MTPS foster a culture of excellence, set high expectations, and provide a safe, equitable and supportive learning environment that addresses student well being and improves student success and achievement. We believe in strengthening our community, inclusion and acceptance of diversity addressing which encourages students to do their very best each day. Our school motto "LEAD THE PACK" is apparent every day in an environment where we focus on encouraging students to reach their full potential.

Students proceed to Central Hastings School for Grades 9 - 12.
